Qld: Boy drowns in central west Qld
BRISBANE, Dec 17 AAP - The search for a two-year-old boy has ended in tragedy with
his body found in a north-west Queensland creek.
Police officers and State Emergency Service volunteers began the search when the boy's
family reported him missing from his home at Jericho, about 500km west of Rockhampton,
about 11.15am (AEST) today.
Police said the child's body was found in nearby Jordan Creek about 2.50pm.
