Vic: New CFA radios roll-out won't be complete until June 2012

Despite money being available for them .. Victorian CFA volunteers won't all have new
radios to replace the models that failed on Black Saturday for at least another two years.

Last year's budget saw almost 13 million dollars set aside over four years to upgrade
the radios that some volunteers say fail in smoke.

The CFA says it'll start rolling out the 10-thousand radios in the second half of this
year .. but the program won't be completed before June 2012.
